Don’t let anyone tell you ideas are a dime a dozen. Good ideas are not just ideas they are concepts and a good concept is more than just an idea. A concept has a vision tied to it. A vision is a futuristic playbook on what could be if a concept is played the way you think it should be played.

The nay sayers will say execution is your bane oh idea man and I’d agree with that. Ideas need execution, but ideas are not worthless.

Execution needs vision, vision is that groundwork, its that homework. Think about it, odds are you’ve got an idea, its your idea, its been brewing. Brewing? Yep, all the time in this very moment your mind is factoring, processing, analyzing, its brewing. You may of had the first notion to that idea years ago, but now its building up, more data is arriving, its not a shallow concept.

But of course you need to act. Act takes courage, takes time, takes guts but its primary source of fuel is vision not just you and your time. We all have time, we don’t all have vision.
